What are the potential ethical risks and considerations associated with the use of AI in our projects, and how can we mitigate them?

This is a frequently discussed topic in this community, but the main ethics concerns arise regarding inputs (e.g. are we using data to train an AI which we shouldn't have), inferences (e.g. is the AI using unethical influences to make decisions), outputs (e.g. is the AI coming up with an output which is unethical) and finally how we use that output.

I’ve noticed that you did post multiple questions on AI. PMI very recently released a new course related to AI: “ Generative AI Overview for Project Managers”

https://www.pmi.org/shop/p-/elearning/gene...-managers/el083

The course goes over consideration for AI adoption as well as how we can leverage AI besides other interesting things so you might find lots of answers to your question in that course. It’s a free course for members so I highly recommend you check it out.
