OKRs for AI Business transformation?

We are going to make a collection of the OKRs that need to be defined for the AI transformation of organizations with different sizes, complexities and stages of maturity.

With all my due respect, perhaps I did not understand your question. OKRs are totally independent of the way you will achieve them.

These will vary by organization based on the strategic plan the leadership has developed. The departmental objectives should tie back to the enterprise ones from the strat plan. An AI is not an objective or a key result but it could be the "how" behind how a given objective is accomplished.
