I see people using AI-enabled tools for many project management functions, including planning, writing, risk management, time and cost management and prototyping. Can anyone share what specific tools or plug-ins they have been using, and how? Saving Changes...
There's a YouTube video that came out today. I guess links are frowned upon but it's called, "How Microsoft 365 Copilot can work with your external data" I really cannot wait to try that out, the principal product manager discusses how to tie things into Copilot. If anyone has a chance to try it please share! Around 10 minutes.
Reading more into this. Copilot's "list" price is $30 pupm, on top of an eligible Microsoft account. pretty steep. Maybe if the value is there and the potential time savings?

1st of November will be GA for enterprise customers.
Zoom AI Plug in, can provide you detail summary of meetings, you can also search the notes to recall a specific topic, or say "was my name mentioned". PS. You must go into your desktop Zoom Version to turn it on.
Love this! Definitely checking it out Saving Changes...
Hi, this is an interesting topic, I've had a chance to see an AI demo to making the meeting minutes. This recap did not be noted manually by PM or the meeting's conductor, instead of an AI bot. It suggested all the actions need to be followed up from the meeting (from voices, ideas raised and discussed subjects), also suggested the next topics to be discussed basing on the meeting's resources. But, it's not free for now, we should pay to buy an account to use it and gain the experiences. Anyway, would love to hear any other tools and case studied about this. Thanks!
Chat GPT for summarizing notes and writing email, etc.
This is probably one of the only areas that I have succeeded in really leveraging.
I am trying to learn how to use the various plugins but I haven't really been very successful with that up to now. It's a lot of trial and error but I think that with time they will become great tools. Saving Changes...

@yinhong, its less of a plugin more of an advance feature that must be enabled. In the desktop zoom application, go to settings- advance settings- AI Companions tab.
@Tonia: It is very helpful information to know Saving Changes...

Does anyone know of any AI products that are approved for government projects? I think there is value to be had but given all the AI products I'm aware of are web based I imagine you can't touch it with a 10ft pole since these products are collecting, keeping and potentially sharing data from your inputs

Somen's comments of pulling things out would work for occasional needs. I think there is going to be opportunities for Contractors here. I know that Smartsheet for example has a whole "Government" offering that is missing several features of the regular Enterprise product, so that the security concerns can be addressed. You might see contractors that specialize in taking what a Government will give them and using that to run AI tools and provide analysis on given projects.
