No, in my personal opinion. But the PMI has publish a very interesting course for free: https://www.pmi.org/shop/p-/elearning/gene...-managers/el083

You could theoretically use an AI tool to help with any aspect of project planning, however as a PM, it is still your accountability to ensure that the generated plan has been verified by you and your team before it is executed. At a minimum, you could have an AI tool help you on a stakeholder by stakeholder basis with appropriate prompts.

AI can help you in different areas. Being fine/feasible/ok/helpful/... depends on how you set it up.

I'm currently thinking of the AI tools as assistants or interns. Is it OK to ask an assistant or intern to do a first draft of something for us? In most cases, absolutely. But we wouldn't just take it as-is. As Kiron mentions, we are ultimately responsible for the results. But thinking of these tools as an assistant seems to be working well for the PMs who go through our class on this topic.

AI can propose, guide, provide a structure but you would remain de expert knowing what to use or not. Consider AI as an assistant, or a reminder (if you are a professional).
However, remember not to share any sensitive data, including personal data.

I definitely think you should turn on the AI assistance yourself. In a few years, I expect AI to play a very important role here. Now is the time to practice with it. But both in the future and now, you remain responsible for your output, whether you use AI or not.

You can take the output from AI, but don't forget that you're accountable for any decision, not the AI.

L'être humain étant assujetti à des changements comportementaux et mentaux selon son humeur du jour, à mon humble avis, l'IA n' est qu'un outil de gestion et non de génération de plan de gestion des parties prenantes

AI can be a valuable tool, it's important to remember that it should complement, not replace, the human aspect. Effective stakeholder management often involves building trust, empathy, and strong relationships, which are areas where human interaction and judgment play a crucial role. So, feel free to use AI to assist in generating your management plan, but be sure to combine it with human insights and a personal touch for the best results; especially in Data Analysis and Predictive Analytics.

If we are talking about ChatGPT, you can get good templates for stakeholder management using it, but I do not recommend using stakeholders data in ChatGPT as stated in the T&C the data can be used for training purposes. We should use Azure Open AI if you want your data to be kept confidential
