We are trying to launch a member portal but need dept. managers to provide content. Everyone is short on time & staff.
Previous member communication relied on ListServs and has since been replaced with bulk email using Click Dimensions. The current spam/email environment is challenging at best, increasing the need to communicate using a portal.
In addition to the member portal, our employee intranet is severely outdated in our post-covid environment and we need managers to review and post content. How do I get them to prioritize this new form of communication? Saving Changes...
As usual with changes, it comes down to WIIFM. What is the tangible benefit to the managers to doing this otherwise it will just be perceived as more work?
