No. Given the right prompts, AI tools can certainly help with improving the efficiency and effectiveness of project communications and could provide suggestions to a PM on how to address a challenging stakeholder interaction but they can't take over for the PM. The PM remains accountable.

With the current technological maturity surround the Generative AI Landscape, technically it is possible to achieve end to end automation for document generation and sending out communications ( I wouldn't say it can replace human interaction). But it will require significant IT architectural investment into designing such a process.
