Can I take the PMI exam online if im from México

Horacio, I don't think there is location restriction regarding taking the exam online, at least, I haven't seen or heard anything on this but to be on the safe side, I recommend you contact customer care and ask them. They are pretty helpful and you can also chat with them on live chat.
