Can anyone point to examples of good governance frameworks and KPIs in support of Schedule Management, RAID Management (Risk, Actions, Issues, Decisions), Deliverable Management, Dependency/Interdependency Management. Thanks in advance

Donovan, for Schedule Management, the KPIs you've mentioned are good but very high level. You need KPIs that will dive into the tiny details of your schedule like: Gross Versus Net Available Hours, Schedule Compliance, Backlog WOs & Backlog Hours and some similar KPIs.

Generally speaking, examples of good governance frameworks include established project schedules, risk management plans, issue and action item logs, and clear deliverable definitions.
KPIs for these areas include schedule variance, risk exposure, deliverable quality, and dependency resolution time.
