Hello everyone, I’m Nazmy, currently working as an Engineering & Technical Manager with over 15 years of experience in delivering large-scale industrial, energy, and infrastructure projects. Since my early years, I was interested in engineering, which eventually led me to the field of technical coordination. Using different tools in my daily work such as Tekla Structures, BIM and Primavera P6, has support me to have a good foundation in modeling, design, and planning makes coordination across disciplines much easier and smoother. What drew me to this profession and keeps me in it is the opportunity to learn from others, collaborate as a team, and overcome challenges together. I always try to develop myself, whether through practical experience or through education, and that has led me to complete an M.SC. in Structural Engineering and MBA to better understand management and strategy. My proudest moments are when a project team works together successfully and when I feel I have grown a little more, both technically and personally. I’m happy to be part of the PMI community and look forward to learning from all of you and sharing experiences.

Hi all,
I’m Aimee Oizuamu, a Project Manager specializing in digital transformation and workflow modernization.
I wanted to be an astronaut — not just for the adventure, but because I was fascinated by complexity, exploration, and understanding the unknown. That curiosity never left. Today it shows up in how I approach work: navigating ambiguity, solving intricate problems, and creating clarity where there isn’t a roadmap.
I work heavily with Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, Miro, and Notion. I’m also expanding my toolkit into AI-enabled project technologies and change-management platforms, because they’re quickly becoming essential for modern PMs.
I’m driven by structure, alignment, and execution. I enjoy taking chaotic or undefined environments and turning them into scalable, predictable systems. What keeps me in this field is the impact — projects move when leadership, clarity, and discipline show up consistently.
Professionally: leading a multi-stakeholder, multi-vendor effort that began with no defined process and transforming it into a structured operational workflow with documented procedures, clear ownership, and measurable progress. Personally: building a meaningful career while raising three children — maintaining high performance at work and intentional leadership at home.
Welcome to the community, Aimee Oizuamu ! We are looking forward to seeing your contributions! Saving Changes...

Greetings Everyone, I’m Wg Cdr Vineet Kumar.
My professional journey has been a blend of technology, leadership, and mission-critical execution across two diverse worlds—corporate IT and national defence. I began my career at TCS, where I spent 18 months working on technology-driven projects before being selected to join the Indian Air Force as a Commissioned Officer, a decision that shaped the next 15 years of my life.
Across these years in uniform, I had the honour of leading high-stakes operations, managing strategic assets, and executing large-scale, multi-agency defence projects. I’ve served in roles spanning Operations Management, Aerospace Safety, HR & Administration, Training & Development, and High-Value Asset Protection.
Most recently, I led projects related to India’s most advanced missile technologies—including the Surface-to-Surface Missile systems—working closely with DRDO, BDL, BEL, and multiple scientific and engineering teams. The complexity, precision, and cross-functional execution these projects demanded strengthened my passion for project management.
My transition from defence operations to professional project management felt natural. I thrive in dynamic environments, excel under pressure, and enjoy solving complex problems. Clearing the PMP in my first attempt further solidified my commitment to bringing structured, globally aligned project leadership into the corporate world.
Outside work, I am deeply passionate about mentoring young professionals, staying physically active, exploring new technologies, and constantly upgrading my skills.
As I transition into the next chapter of my career, I look forward to contributing my experience in strategy, execution, and team leadership to impactful corporate projects—especially in sectors where precision, discipline, and reliability truly matter.
Welcome to the community, Vineet Kumar ! Congratulations on passing your PMP and we look forward to seeing you contributions in the community! Saving Changes...
