Muhammad Arshad Goburdhun Head of Innovation| Axys Group Ltd Terre Rouge, PA, Mauritius
Hello everyone! 👋
My name is Muhammad Arshad Goburdhun, and I’m currently working as a Senior Consultant, with over 15 years of experience in technology and digital transformation. My background is primarily in .NET, enterprise systems, automation, and Microsoft technologies, and I’m particularly passionate about driving innovation and building high-performing teams.
Growing up, I actually wanted to become an engineer and problem solver — someone who builds solutions that make life easier for people. In many ways, project management has allowed me to do exactly that, just at a broader and more strategic level.
Some of my favorite project management tools and technologies include Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, and the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps). I’m especially interested in exploring more around AI-driven project insights, automation in governance, and digital PMO transformation.
What drew me to the project management industry was the opportunity to connect strategy with execution — turning ideas into structured, measurable outcomes. What has kept me in it is the impact: seeing teams grow, complex initiatives succeed, and organizations transform through disciplined yet adaptable delivery practices.
One of my proudest professional accomplishments has been leading transformation initiatives while mentoring teams to become autonomous and innovation-driven. Personally, I’m proud of continuously investing in learning and pushing myself into leadership roles that create meaningful impact.
I’m looking forward to connecting, learning from your experiences, and contributing to this vibrant community!

Hi everyone! 👋
I’m Muhammad Asad Khan Afridi, currently working as Manager Government & Industrial Relations at Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL Group), managing and tracking both operational work as well as project-based work. I’m a PMP® professional (Jan 2026) with a background in telecom, IT, and operations. What drew me to project management was the chance to connect technology with real business impact. What’s kept me here is the results — from large-scale rollouts to major cost-saving initiatives, seeing measurable outcomes is incredibly rewarding.
Looking forward to connecting with everyone!

Hi everyone! My name is Keyana, and I’m currently a Project Management professional with experience leading client implementations and process improvement projects, particularly in SaaS and service based industries. I’m also actively preparing for my PMP certification and excited to continue growing within the PM space.
Growing up, I actually wanted to be an entrepreneur. I always admired people who could build something from the ground up and create impact through leadership and innovation.
Some of my favorite project management tools include Asana, Trello, and Microsoft Project, and I’m especially interested in learning more about automation platforms, AI driven workflows, and systems that improve customer retention and operational efficiency.
What drew me to project management is the ability to bring structure to big ideas, turning goals into actionable plans, aligning teams, and delivering real results. What’s kept me in it is how dynamic the field is there’s always something new to solve, improve, or build.
One of my proudest accomplishments has been having my PMP application approved and continuing to create opportunities for myself through both professional growth and entrepreneurial projects. I’m proud of the way I’ve committed to leveling up and building a strong foundation for my future.

Mahnaz Farshid Nia Richmond Hill, ONTARIO, Canada
Hello everyone,
My name is Mahnaz Farshid Nia, and I currently serve as a Project Manager supporting innovation initiatives within the Cybersecurity Team at Durham College. In this role, I coordinate structured delivery across technical and non-technical teams, align cybersecurity programs with regulatory requirements such as Bill 194, and translate complex security concepts into clear, actionable frameworks for public-sector organizations.
When I was growing up, I wanted to become an engineer because I was always curious about how systems worked and how structured thinking could solve real-world problems. Over time, that curiosity naturally evolved into a passion for cybersecurity, governance, and project leadership.
My favorite project management tools include Microsoft Project, Jira, and Planner, along with collaboration tools such as Teams and SharePoint for structured documentation and stakeholder communication. I also enjoy working with dashboards and reporting frameworks to track KPIs and ensure alignment with deliverables. Currently, I am particularly interested in exploring more advanced Agile scaling frameworks and AI-supported project analytics.
What drew me to project management was the opportunity to bring structure to complexity. Cybersecurity programs, especially in public-sector environments, involve multiple stakeholders, regulatory pressures, risk management, and technical implementation—all moving at once. Project management provides the discipline, clarity, and governance that allow innovation to succeed without losing accountability. What has kept me in the field is seeing measurable impact: helping teams move from uncertainty to structured action and sustainable delivery.
My proudest professional accomplishment has been leading cybersecurity readiness and compliance initiatives that align policy, operations, and technical controls into a cohesive program framework. On a personal level, completing my Master’s degree in Cybersecurity while actively working in the field required discipline and resilience, and it strengthened both my technical and leadership perspective.
I look forward to connecting with fellow professionals, learning from your experiences, and contributing to meaningful discussions in this community.

My name is Vikas Kamble, and I currently work as a Senior Manager – Strategic Initiatives (Global) at Johnson & Johnson, based in Mumbai, India. I lead complex, multi‑region programs focused on driving strategic outcomes through strong governance, cross‑functional alignment, and data‑driven execution.

Growing up, I was always drawn to challenging work—the kind that involves taking calculated risks, exploring unpaved paths, and continuously learning. That mindset has stayed with me throughout my career. I firmly believe that doing and experimenting teaches me far more than classrooms alone, and that belief has shaped how I approach both leadership and project delivery.

What drew me to project management—and what continues to keep me here—is the unique blend of problem‑solving, leadership, scale, impact, and transformation. Project management gives me the opportunity to turn ambiguity into structure, connect strategy with execution, and deliver outcomes that create real, measurable value. It also allows me to work at scale, influencing teams, systems, and decisions across geographies. Currently, I’m particularly interested in learning more about AI‑based planning and forecasting tools, especially how they can enhance decision‑making, improve resource planning, and elevate the maturity of project and program management practices.

I joined the PMI community to learn from diverse perspectives, exchange practical insights, and contribute my own experiences from leading global transformation initiatives. I look forward to engaging with fellow practitioners, learning from your journeys, and being part of conversations that shape the future of project management.
