Hello everyone, great to be part of the PMI community. I’m Ifeanyichukwu an IT Project Manager and Implementation Engineer working mainly in telecom and technology delivery. I handle end-to-end project execution, coordinating technical teams, vendors, and clients to ensure everything is delivered smoothly and meets expectations. Growing up, I wanted to be an engineer - someone who builds practical solutions to real-world problems. That mindset still influences how I approach my work today. I regularly use tools like Jira and MS Project, and I’m currently exploring more around Agile delivery, DevOps, and data-driven project management approaches. I was drawn to project management because it combines strategy, execution, and people management. What’s kept me in it is the ability to deliver real impact, turning complex challenges into successful outcomes and creating value for customers. One of my proudest accomplishments is successfully delivering high-pressure telecom infrastructure projects within tight timelines while keeping stakeholders aligned and satisfied.
Looking forward to connecting, learning, and sharing with everyone here. Saving Changes...
I am currently temping in hospitality and office support, but I just took (and passed!!) PMI-CPMAI after learning machine learning and AI over the past two years. I have experience as a client facing pm, r&d pm, and global reg tech pm.
I wanted to be a physician when I was a teen - life has taken me through many twists and turns since then. I enjoy project management - it allows me to wear many hats, use analytical thinking and grow as a person through working with many different people. I like uplifting people and contributing a positive spirit to the teams I work on and with.

Hi, I’m Marylee Kuchta, entrepreneur, Program & Operations Manager. I achieved my childhood dream of working with animals during and after graduating college. My favorite project management tools and technologies include Excel, Jira & Confluence. I would love to learn Primavera P6, Lucidchart and PowerBI – but I don’t want to put guardrails on opportunities – I love learning new systems and software. I was driven to the project management industry by my colleagues, who encouraged me to take the journey because of my consistent success in preventing critical system failures by driving high-impact continuous improvement initiatives. My proudest personal and professional accomplishment are the same – I accomplished my childhood dream of working with animals, and I did that through small business ownership after I put myself through college. I look forward to contributing positively to society though helping people. Saving Changes...

Hi everyone! I’m thrilled to join this community. Name and current role: My name is Orlando Alcides González Rodríguez. I am currently working as a Business Intelligence Analyst and SAP Functional Consultant, with a focus on process optimization and data-driven decision-making. What I wanted to be growing up: I’ve always had a natural curiosity for how large organizations and complex systems work. I used to imagine myself solving operational puzzles to make things run more efficiently. Favorite tools and technologies: My core tools are SAP (Business One and ECC) and Power BI for strategic visualization. I’ve recently earned certifications as an IBM Product Owner and in Agile Metrics (PMI), so I’m very excited to dive deeper into Generative AI for project management and agile frameworks. What drew me to the industry and keeps me here: I was drawn by the challenge of transforming raw data into clear, actionable strategies. What keeps me here is the constant evolution; seeing how technology like SAP and AI empowers professionals to deliver real value in both multinationals and growing companies. Proudest achievement: Professionally, it is having earned my official SAP Business One certification in 2026. It allowed me to bridge my 25+ years of experience in logistics and finance with the highest technical standards in today’s market. Looking forward to connecting with you all! Saving Changes...
