Hi everyone, I’m Santosh Badgujar, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Accumax Lab Devices in Ahmedabad, India, where I lead strategic operations and manufacturing for lab equipment and medical devices. Growing up, I was fascinated by machines and wanted to be an engineer building things that make a tangible impact. Over the last 21+ years across heavy engineering, medical devices, and automotive, project management has been the backbone of how I drive business transformation, operational excellence, and global market expansion.
