SANTOSH BADGUJAR CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER| Accumax Lab Devices Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India
Hi everyone, I’m Santosh Badgujar, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Accumax Lab Devices in Ahmedabad, India, where I lead strategic operations and manufacturing for lab equipment and medical devices. Growing up, I was fascinated by machines and wanted to be an engineer building things that make a tangible impact.
Over the last 21+ years across heavy engineering, medical devices, and automotive, project management has been the backbone of how I drive business transformation, operational excellence, and global market expansion. I’m a PMP and hold an MBA from IIM Calcutta, with an executive MBA in Supply Chain Management, and I’m particularly passionate about Industry 4.0, digital transformation, and building high-performance teams.
My favorite project management tools today include MS Project, Jira, and Excel/Google Sheets (with a lot of automation and dashboards), and I’m actively exploring AI-driven tools for planning, risk management, and knowledge management. What drew me to project management—and keeps me here—is the opportunity to turn complex, cross-functional challenges into structured, executable plans that create real business and customer value.
One of my proudest professional accomplishments has been leading multi-site operational improvement and new product introduction programs that significantly improved OTIF, reduced lead times, and enabled us to enter new global markets, all while developing and mentoring the next line of leaders in my organization. I’m looking forward to learning from this community and contributing perspectives from manufacturing, supply chain, and digital operations.

Timothy Richards Lizemores, WV, United States
My name is Tim Richards, and I currently serve as an Administrative Assistant for a university, supporting program operations, faculty, and students. My work centers on coordinating schedules, managing documentation, and keeping complex processes running smoothly behind the scenes.
Growing up, I always imagined myself in a role where I could help people and bring order to chaos. I didn’t know the terms “operations” or “project management” back then, but I’ve always been drawn to structure, clarity, and making things easier for others.
In terms of project management tools, I work heavily with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, OneNote, and Excel to organize information, track tasks, and manage communication. I’m also interested in learning more about tools like Asana, Smartsheet, and Power BI to strengthen my ability to plan, analyze, and streamline workflows.
What drew me to project management is the combination of structure and impact. I enjoy taking something messy or unclear and turning it into a system that works. What’s kept me in it is seeing how much smoother people’s lives become when processes are well‑designed, especially in environments where students, faculty, and staff rely on consistency and support.
My proudest accomplishment is building a reputation as someone who brings reliability, calm, and order to complex environments. Whether I’m helping students navigate stressful moments or coordinating major program tasks, I take pride in being the person people can count on.
