Hi Minhaaj, welcome to PMI's online community! Thanks for sharing with us; I look forward to seeing you around the community!
Hello PM Community!! My name is Marco and I've been involved in Project Management for the last year. I have one year experience as a Project Manager, managing onboarding projects for a Software Company called GoTo. I was born in Guatemala
Besides working as a full time Projects Manager with GoTo I'm currently growing up my skills and working hard to get my CAPM Certification, I've always wanted to become a Certified member and hopefully I will get my Certification by the end of this month.
I was introducted to the world of Project Management last year because of the reason that my company had this position available and I got interested with this, I was able to check the profile they wanted and I started building towards that goal. Currently I'm learning from my colleagues and all the PMI members at this community.
I'm passionate sports man and I like to swim, run and do cycling, my favourite hobbie is painting and drawing and on my free time I like to learn new things and really interesed in startups and technology as a whole. My favourite food is Lasagna and Pinneaple Pizza. Hello to Everyone!

Sarah MoseleyProject Manager| Looking for my next opportunity!N. Houston area, United States
Hi! :) My name is Sarah Moseley and on July 8, I was permanently laid off from my position of Project Manager at a healthcare start-up.
When I was growing up, I wanted to be a professional oboe player. I got my undergrad degrees in performance and education, but soon learned I wasn't cut out for either!
I love Notion.io and Monday.com for Project Management. I have very limited experience with Jira, but would love to learn it. I'm eager to learn any and all tools that would help me become a better Project Manager!
I was promoted into the Project Manager position in 2020 after working in related operations roles at my former company. My natural skillset marries well with basic requirements of project management: exquisite attention to detail, thorough follow-up, dedicated team player, ability to multitask, ability to manage timelines and ensure deliverables are on track, etc.
My proudest achievement was completing my Master of Theological Studies degree in 2020. I had started seminary in 2001 but was never able to finish. Completing what I started despite all the health and financial barriers I faced was very fulfilling and empowering.
I'm eager to learn from you more seasoned Project Managers. I would love to achieve CAPM certification, but honestly not sure it would help me land a better job or a job more quickly. It seems to be about $1000 for course, book, and exam (if I pass it on the first try)! That would make quite a dent in my savings that I will need to live on for an undetermined amount of time. For now, I am profiting from the vast free eLearning that is available here. Please keep posting - I will be reading. So thrilled to be a part of this group. :)

Phyllis GoodwinProgram Management| Heart City HealthElkhart, IN, United States
My name is Phyllis Goodwin and nursing runs in my family. I was determined to pursue a career in nursing as well. While I am new to Project Management, I am eager to absorb all the knowledge I can. Achieving a position in clinical healthcare was a significant milestone for me. Advocating for underserved patients motivated me to redirect my career path, and I am now the program manager for the same organization. One of my most notable accomplishments was enabling our organization to provide prompt care for our community. My next goal is to obtain my PMP certification and improve my project and program documentation.
