KHAOULA BEN ALI Program Manager consultant At OPmobility| Global Engineering Services Haut de France, France
Hello Everyone,

From a child with a dream of becoming a car engineer, I've turned that passion into a fulfilling career in the automotive industry. It's not just a job for me; it's a constant drive to learn and grow within this fascinating field.

My journey began as an electronic design and development engineer for electric vehicle battery systems. I then transitioned to a methods engineer role at a plastic injection company, specializing in complex fuel system parts for cars. This experience further expanded my knowledge, and I even took on project management responsibilities. Today, I leverage my expertise as a costing unit manager for seat covers, working directly with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).

While the path may not be a straight line, each role has been a valuable step in my ongoing exploration of the automotive industry. It's a testament to my unwavering passion for everything cars!

One of my primary goals is to equip young engineers in the automotive sector in Tunisia with the project management skills they need to succeed.

Hi everyone, I’m Pavan Maddi.

I have over 14 years of experience in IT, with a passion for learning new technologies and exploring innovative ways to solve problems. I currently work as a Manager in Operations & Projects and am enthusiastic about continuous improvement in both personal and professional aspects.

When I was growing up, I always wanted to be a teacher. Although I eventually transitioned into IT, I’ve found that my passion for teaching remains strong. I enjoy sharing my knowledge with colleagues and new joiners, contributing to a culture of learning and growth in the workplace.

I’m a big fan of structured approaches like DMAIC and the various stages of the project cycle, including initiation, gathering, preparation, execution, handover, and continuous service improvement. I’m always open to learning more about new tools and methodologies that can help streamline project management.

My journey into project management was inspired by my former bosses, whose leadership and structured approach deeply influenced me. I aspire to inspire others in the same way, helping to create organized, stress-free environments for managing projects.

I take great pride in everything I do, both personally and professionally. I’m particularly passionate about walking and jogging during my free time, especially in the evenings when I can enjoy the sunset. I have a burning desire to excel in everything I undertake, and I value feedback (whether positive or negative) as it drives my continuous improvement.

I’m also enthusiastic about collaborating in community events, where I can share my knowledge and learn from others.

Thank you :)

Seun Oladipo Groningen, Netherlands
Hello People,
My name is Seun Oladipo, and I am a fresh graduate of spatial sciences from the University of Groningen.
Growing up, I wanted to be an astronaut, travel into space, and explore the universe beyond Earth. I have had the opportunity to visit some parts of the world and hopefully see outer space someday, but probably not as an astronaut.
I am new to project management and interested in learning about and connecting with project management professionals in the environment and sustainability-related fields. With a bachelor’s degree in Forestry and a master’s degree in Spatial Sciences, my interest in the Project Management industry stems from its flexibility and ability to work in specific domains. I intend to obtain my PMP certification to improve my project management capabilities in the coming months.
Best,
Seun.
