Hi everyone!

My name is Shakeel, and I'm a PMO Manager. It's great to connect with this community!

Growing up, I always had a passion for building things. This passion led me to a career in engineering, and I've been fascinated by the project management aspect ever since.

I'm a big fan of traditional project management tools like Primavera P6 and MS Project. They've been invaluable for planning and tracking projects. However, I'm also excited about the potential of emerging technologies like AI and automation. I'm particularly interested in learning more about how these tools can streamline project management processes and improve decision-making.

What drew me to the project management industry was the challenge of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. The satisfaction of seeing a project completed is incredibly rewarding. What's kept me in it is the constant opportunity to learn and grow, both personally and professionally.

One of my proudest accomplishments was leading a team to deliver a major healthcare project that exceeded all expectations. It was a complex project with many stakeholders, but through effective collaboration and planning, we were able to deliver it on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Looking forward to connecting with you all and sharing experiences!

Calvin Bazemore Nc, United States

Hi everyone,

My name is Calvin Bazemore, and I am a full-time student at Western Carolina University, pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Business Management, which I expect to complete this December. I have completed a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification alongside my studies and am on track to obtain my Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) in January 2025.

Growing up, I wanted to be a Band Director; however, after taking on a project as a supervisor at Walmart Logistics, I discovered my passion for project management. That experience sparked a purpose within me, and I knew I had to learn more about this field.

Some of my favorite project management tools include Microsoft Office Suite. Still, as I expand my skill set, I’m eager to learn more about specialized project management software like MS Project and Jira.

The structured approach to tackling complex problems and achieving goals initially drew me to the project management industry. What has kept me engaged is the opportunity to lead teams, optimize processes, and drive meaningful change within organizations.

My proudest professional accomplishment was helping lead a team in automation systems, where we significantly increased productivity and safety. It was a great example of how effective project management can positively impact.

I look forward to connecting with all of you, learning from your experiences, and sharing ideas!

Best regards,
Calvin

sai vishal reddy narra LIMERICK, LK, Ireland

Hello everyone,

My name is Sai Vishal Reddy Narra, and I am studying master's degree in Project Management at the University of Limerick. I’m very excited to grow and improve in this field.

I’ve always wanted to become a successful project manager, and my main interest is in leading teams and making sure projects run smoothly, adding value to organizations.

I enjoy using tools like Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM, which is great for managing large projects. I’m also keen to learn more about BIM (Building Information Modeling) planning software. Additionally, I’m interested in exploring Agile, Scrum, and hybrid approaches, as these methods are becoming very popular in today's project management world.

Project management has always interested me because it can be applied to many different fields like construction, IT, and engineering. I enjoy the challenge of bringing together different areas to achieve project success.

One of my proudest moments was getting into the MSc Project Management program at the University of Limerick. It is an important step towards my future goals and helps me begin my journey to becoming a skilled project manager.

Thank you.
