Gilbert is a global talent acquisition professional based in Hong Kong. He has 10+ years of progressive experience across recruitment operations, project/program management, and diversity and inclusion gained from the banking industry. In his current role, Gilbert uses his creativity and curiosity to look for diverse ideas, and re-engineer them into the many process actions that bring next level user experiences to everyone taking part in the recruiting journey with the bank. Outside of work, Gilbert volunteers for Citi Pride inclusion network and a few local NGOs to help make the Hong Kong community a more inclusive place for everyone.

I'm Yda, currently working as a Program Coordinator in the Oil & Gas industry, focusing on Finance Business Transformation projects. From a young age, I’ve always wanted to help others. I’m passionate about sharing what I’ve learned and listening to the experiences of others. I enjoy working with a hybrid focus, and I’m particularly interested in moving further into IT projects for business transformation, with a strong emphasis on enhancing the end-user experience. I’m eager to transition from the finance industry to project management, as I believe it aligns with my passion for helping people and organizations achieve their goals. One of my proudest achievements has been contributing to a transformation project with stakeholders across the globe, which provided me with invaluable personal and professional growth.

Hey everyone! I am Simona and currently Head of Customer Education in a fantastic scaleup in Accounting tech in France.
Projects have been part of my career for the past 12 careers and in 2020 I got my PMP Certification. For the past 5-6 years I have been working in young vibrant organizations where PM was not at all structured and one of my biggest (official or unofficial) missions is to introduce professional PM in the companies and teams I work with. So far, it's working well :))

Favorite part of project management - the creation of a unique deliverable, the aim to push the boundaries and do it in an efficient and fluid way. That's pleasure!

I also run a side business - ManagerHacks - building tools and templates for people and project managers as I had collected and built soooo many resources throughout my career that it was natural to share them. Will be happy to share plenty with the community if there is interest in anything specific I am specialized in. Glad to be part of the community:)

Hello everyone! I wanted to introduce myself to this amazingly vibrant community. I'm Kerry, and I'm a product manager working directly for PMI on the Infinity Team (PMI's AI product initiative). When I was growing up, I wanted to be a television news journalist. I studied mass communications in school, with a concentration in radio, television and film. Eventually, with my communications background I found myself in marketing communications roles within multiple industries and organizations, which lead the way for me evolving my career into product management.

My favorite tools to use are Monday.com, Azure DevOps (ADO), Infinity and Claude. I use most of these tools on a daily basis to keep track of my work, build out schedules and create product documentation.

I came to PMI via a project manager who I used to work with in the PMO for AstraZeneca pharmaceuticals. I was introduced to the world of PM in that role and then when he came to PMI, I was really intrigued by PMI's mission to elevate our project professionals and help organizations maximize project success. I can see how my work on product solutions can make a direct impact on the profession and help our professionals be more successful in their roles.

My proudest personal accomplishment is raising my amazing son with my husband! He dazzles us every day! My proudest professional accomplishment is how I've evolved in my profession and skills over the years as a product manager. Being curious and continually learning is a journey and I'm loving the ride!
