Hey everyone! I am Simona and currently Head of Customer Education in a fantastic scaleup in Accounting tech in France.
Projects have been part of my career for the past 12 careers and in 2020 I got my PMP Certification. For the past 5-6 years I have been working in young vibrant organizations where PM was not at all structured and one of my biggest (official or unofficial) missions is to introduce professional PM in the companies and teams I work with. So far, it's working well :))

Favorite part of project management - the creation of a unique deliverable, the aim to push the boundaries and do it in an efficient and fluid way. That's pleasure!

I also run a side business - ManagerHacks - building tools and templates for people and project managers as I had collected and built soooo many resources throughout my career that it was natural to share them. Will be happy to share plenty with the community if there is interest in anything specific I am specialized in. Glad to be part of the community:)

I’m Keshav Potdar, with over 16 years of experience in the software industry. I’ve previously served as the Director of QA and now work as a Senior Architect at Persistent Systems in Pune, India. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working on a wide range of complex projects, which has sharpened my expertise in both quality assurance and software architecture. Looking at my job titles, one may easily guess that management is my passion, and technology is my driving force.

The dynamic and ever-evolving nature of the tech world has made my journey both rewarding and exciting. As a Senior Architect, I continue to lead teams, drive innovation, and contribute to impactful projects.

Beyond work, I’m passionate about staying ahead of the curve in the latest technologies. I also enjoy mentoring the next generation of professionals, working closely with colleges to help students transition from academic life to a career-ready mindset. In my free time, I love reading, exploring new tech, and exploring the new places.

Meu nome é Paulo Roberto, e atualmente sou Gerente de Projetos em uma empresa de desenvolvimento de software há 7 anos.

Quando criança e sendo uma criança brasileira meu sonho era ser jogador de futebol.

As minhas ferramentas favoritas no desempenho da função são: Jira, Run run it , Confluence , Miro dentre várias outras. Procuro sempre me adequar as característica dos projetos, o que pode trazer mudanças nas ferramentas de trabalho mas sempre busco a geração de valor para o cliente, para o projeto e para os stakholders.

Ingressei no setor de projetos porque a empresa que estou atualmente não possuía um profissional na função. Aceitei o desafio e ao longo do tempo me capacitei (e me mantenho atualizado). Me apaixonei pela profissão e estou muito feliz.

Minha maior realização profissional foi aceitar e superar o desafio proposto e citado acima. Na época me questionei se era capaz e isso me trouxe muita ansiedade e preocupações.

I’m Taofeek, and I’m excited to join this professional platform. Currently, I work with Manitoba Transportation and Infrastructure (MTI) as a Highway Engineering Assistant. Before this role, I have nine years of experience in civil engineering, particularly in the aviation sector, where I was into the designing, supervising, and maintaining of runways, taxiways, access roads, and various airport facilities. I hold a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, degree in Construction Management from Red River College, Canada, Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria, and I’m currently pursuing a Master’s degree in the Civil Engineering department at the University of Manitoba, Canada.
