I hold a master's degree in Telecommunications, a master's degree in Engineering Science, and an Executive MBA. My expertise lies in the management and implementation of information technology solutions and telecommunications infrastructure. To support my skills, I have obtained certifications in PMP, Cobit, ITIL 4, and Professional Scrum Master. Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience in the technology field, working across diverse sectors such as the oil industry (Glencore), mobile telecommunications industry (Millicom), and with international organizations including Care International, MINURCAT (United Nations Mission in the Central African Republic and Chad), World Vision, and UNICEF.
Currently, I serve as an ICT Officer at UNICEF Chad, a role I have held since January 2018. With a strong leadership ability, I motivate and guide teams to achieve objectives, effectively manage ICT projects, handle aspects such as planning, budgeting, and resource management, and maintain effective communication. I excel in managing changes in ICT infrastructure, minimizing disruptions, and maximizing efficiency.
In addition to my expertise in information technology and telecommunications, I have acquired significant competencies in the field of solar energy. I have led several projects focused on the implementation of solar energy solutions to drive sustainability and reduce carbon footprint. My experience includes designing and deploying solar power systems in various settings, optimizing energy efficiency, and integrating solar technologies into existing infrastructure. I am committed to promoting renewable energy solutions and leveraging solar power to address environmental challenges effectively.
I am fluent in both French and English, enabling me to effectively communicate in multicultural environments.

Hello! I’ve been a Project Manager at my company for more than 6 years now. For years, I’ve struggled to articulate what it is that I do for my day job - “project manger” seems to be such a fluid title across multiple industries. I just learned about PMI this week and am very excited to discover a broad network of professionals who share my title! My current company provides educational resources, team training, and an online support network for pastors and worship teams in progressive, mainline Protestant churches across the United States and Canada. I’m interested in attaining professional certification that affirms my diverse and ever-growing skillset and expanding my network.
Hi Jenna Duxbury , we're thrilled you found us! You are in the right place to connect with many, many other project managers and explore certifications. We're here to help if you need any guidance! Saving Changes...

Jonathon RiggertIT Operations Manager| Sight & SoundMissouri, United States
Greetings everyone! My name is Jonny and I serve as the IT Operations Supervisor for Sight & Sound - An entertainment company that produces in house theatrical productions and feature films. I have always seen myself as a "planner" and have seen first-hand how ordering my own personal priorities and tasks have made a difference in overcoming seasons where I lacked motivation, confidence, or clarity... both relationally and personally. I have shifted over time from someone who was geared more toward the technical to positions of leadership responsibility and am hoping to utilize PMI to strengthen my confidence and communication with my team, other department leaders, and certainly stakeholders. My hope is that I can make myself more versatile across a variety of industries. I don't have an MBA or any other official credentials in my role as a manager so my hope is that by getting the PMP certification I can validate the many projects I am already managing and perhaps improve my posture with current / future employers.

Lea PeräkorpiProject Manager| Hitachi Energy Finland OyVaasa, Finland
Hi, my name is Lea and I work as project manager in transformer factory were I´m PM for various transformer delivery projects. I started PM work in 2018 and feel that finally I have found the thing I want to do when I grow up. I always wanted to become marine biologist but life happened and I found myself taking engineering degree in electrical engineering. I´m currently studying to take my PMP certificate exam in February 2025. And I hope that with certificate I can demonstrate to be professional PM also outside my current employer. I feel that I´m most comfortable working with various stakeholders but I feel that I could improve myself project controlling techniques. I need my work to be very fast phase and changing, and at least in our organization, PM role offers just that. I can also utilize my engineering back ground and that is important for me as well. On personal level my biggest accomplishment beside my kids is completing two half distance triathlons. On professional side I take pride on small successes that happen in daily work were I see that things are running smoothly as I have done my part.
