Lamine Dhafouli Tunisia

Hello everyone!

I’m Lamine Dhafouli, and I currently work as a Project Manager and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Manager. I am passionate about leading projects that enhance operational efficiency while ensuring the highest standards of safety and sustainability.

When I was growing up, I wanted to be a Program Manager for environmental projects and programs, particularly focused on climate change and decarbonization action plans. I was captivated by how technology and innovation can solve real-world problems.

I hold the PMP (Project Management Professional) certification, which has significantly enhanced my expertise and confidence in managing complex projects. My favorite project management tools include Microsoft Project for scheduling and tracking, along with the RACI matrix for clarifying roles and responsibilities. For risk analysis, I use tools like SWOT analysis and Risk Matrix to identify and assess potential risks effectively. I’m also eager to learn more about Agile methodologies and Scrum to further adapt my projects to dynamic environments.

I was drawn to the project management industry because of the challenge and excitement of coordinating diverse teams to achieve common goals. What keeps me in this field is the opportunity for continuous improvement and the ability to make a significant impact on projects that prioritize safety and quality.

I look forward to connecting with all of you, sharing insights, and learning from your experiences!

Best,
Lamine Dhafouli

Hello everyone,

My name is Mwita Chegere, and I am currently a Finance Officer at International Media Support, specializing in financial management and compliance for various projects in Tanzania.

Growing up, I aspired to be an accountant, fascinated by the world of numbers and financial reporting. This early interest laid the foundation for my career in finance and project management.

In terms of project management tools and technologies, I am proficient in Sage Pastel and Microsoft Excel and am eager to learn more about advanced project management software like Microsoft Project and Trello. I believe these tools can further enhance project planning and execution.

I was drawn to the project management industry because of the opportunity it provides to make a tangible difference in communities through effective fund management and program implementation. What has kept me in this field is the dynamic nature of project management—every project presents unique challenges and learning experiences, which I find incredibly fulfilling.

One of my proudest accomplishments has been successfully overseeing financial operations for multiple high-impact projects, where I ensured compliance with donor regulations while building the capacity of local partners. Seeing the positive outcomes in the communities we serve is immensely gratifying.

I look forward to connecting with all of you in this community to share knowledge, experiences, and insights!

Welcome Mwita Chegere to the Community and I am looking forward to collaborating and connecting with you.

Greetings, I am Kathryn. My background is in Audio / Visual Production technical production. I have been working in project management for three years, in the AV design and integration industry. I am currently seeking an Assistant Project Management position.

Growing up I pursued a career in photography. This led me into film and video production. Ultimately, I discovered audio production and that became my main focus.

I pivoted into the education field to accommodate the needs of my growing family. More recently, I have transitioned into the project management field, in the audio visual industry.

Project management is a great fit for my passions and abilities. Working with a team and independently, supporting a project through all of the processes needed to complete it. Bringing value to all of the stakeholders.

Personally, I love to hike, bike, and spend time with my family. I am also involved in several volunteer organizations, to serve and give back to my community.

Thank you for welcoming me into this community. I look forward to learning, supporting, and growing together.
Dear Kathryn, Welcome to the Online community and looking forward to collaborating with you.
