Greetings Everyone,
I’m Keshav Potdar, with over 16 years of experience in the software industry. I’ve previously served as the Director of QA and now work as a Senior Architect at Persistent Systems in Pune, India. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working on a wide range of complex projects, which has sharpened my expertise in both quality assurance and software architecture. Looking at my job titles, one may easily guess that management is my passion, and technology is my driving force.

The dynamic and ever-evolving nature of the tech world has made my journey both rewarding and exciting. As a Senior Architect, I continue to lead teams, drive innovation, and contribute to impactful projects.

Beyond work, I’m passionate about staying ahead of the curve in the latest technologies. I also enjoy mentoring the next generation of professionals, working closely with colleges to help students transition from academic life to a career-ready mindset. In my free time, I love reading, exploring new tech, and exploring the new places.

I look forward to connecting with fellow professionals and exchanging insights with this wonderful community!

Warm regards,
Keshav Potdar

Hello Everyone!

I’m Edwin W. Okall, originally from the small town of Ogongo in Migori County, now residing in Kilifi County, Kenya, in the Eastern part of Africa.

Currently, I serve as a Project Manager for a residential gated community project spanning 105 acres and featuring 372 houses of various typologies. With over 10 years of experience in Construction Project Management, I am passionate about delivering successful projects.

Basketball has always been a significant part of my life; I dreamed of becoming a professional player and even played in the pro league in my country before fully committing to my career in project management.

I enjoy using PM tools such as MS Excel, MS Project, and AI technologies, and I’m eager to learn how to utilize Primavera.

My commitment to servant leadership has been the cornerstone of my project management philosophy, allowing me to effectively support my team and thrive in this role.

Among my proudest achievements is the successful completion of phases 1 and 2 of our current project, which includes over 100 occupied units and a growing community. Additionally, I initiated a recycling center that enables us to recycle and reuse construction waste on-site, significantly reducing our environmental impact.

Welcome to PMI's online community, Edwin Okall! Thanks for sharing your professional journey with us; we're glad to have you here!

Lynae Hahn Wi, United States

Hello Fellow PMI Community Members!

My name is Lynae and I currently work at a Project Manager with Ironclad Environmental Solutions within their IT Department. When I was growing up I wanted to be President. I ended up going on to university to study Business Administration and a minor in Political Science.

My favorite project management tools are a RAID log and SmartSheet. I utilize them daily.

I was drawn to project management after taking an analyst role where I got to research, measure, and report on a multitude of items and my supervisor gave me the task of figuring out the best way to manage our work as a department. We worked on new innovation and thus I found project management. After several months of research and then several more months of trail and error, we created a sound intake process and set a framework for each new development.

I am most proud of the life of flexibility I've been able to build between life and work. I currently work remote and have been able to provide for my family both financially and with my time given the opportunity to be home while working.
