Hi Denis Odongkara, welcome to PMI's online community! Saving Changes...
Name and Current Role: Jawad Akthar, Cybersecurity Product Manager at Salam, Riyadh, Saudi arabia.
Dream Job as a Kid: Growing up, I wanted to be a pilot. The idea of flying and exploring the world from above was exhilarating!
Favorite PM Tools and Technologies: I rely on Kanban boards for task management, Gantt charts for project timelines, Flow diagrams for process mapping, and the RACI matrix for clarifying roles and responsibilities in projects.
Draw to Project Management: I was initially drawn to project management for the diversity in daily tasks, from strategic planning to team coordination. What keeps me in it is seeing projects through from ideation to launch—it’s incredibly rewarding to make an idea come to life!
Proudest Accomplishment: My proudest professional achievement has been leading the launch of a cybersecurity product from concept to market launch, overcoming several technical and strategic challenges along the way.

Dan MisraExecutive Manager Data Projects| Westpac GroupCremorne, New South Wales, Australia
Hi All
It's feels great to be in a community of professionals who are so experienced, adept and enthusiastic about projects, and representing literally every industry on earth.
My specialisation is technology especially software and specifically data. For the last 20 years I have worked in or led projects in banking, general insurance and banking regulation, always with a data orientation. For example, ai have led the ingestion of new data into a data platform for regulatory purposes in banking, I have led the delivery of insurance price changes while also leading the implementation of new controls to avoid errors, and I have led the upgrade of a data ingestion and reporting system at Australia's financial regulator.
Currently I am preparing for the PMO-CP exam to give me a better rounded understanding of the drivers and value-add of PMOs.
Thanks for reading and happy to e-meet you!
With best wishes
Dan

Hi Dan, it's great to meet you as well. We're glad to have you as part of PMI's online community!
Hi everyone,
It’s a pleasure to be part of this community. My name is Francis Tsibu-Darko. I am currently working as a Project Manager for Infrastructure projects with Humane Society International, Liberia.
Growing up, I had always seen my self in the construction industry and worked towards staying within it. Therefore, advancing my knowledge in the project management and being able to apply it in construction has been a fulfilling journey (one that is yet to end 😊).
It will be challenging to name my favorite tool as I am still exploring and that is where PMI comes in. I would love to apply various technologies particularly in the areas of scheduling, cost management and risk management and I’m actively seeking opportunities in these areas.
My proudest moments are always seeing visions (concept designs) materials as useful structures. I have successfully delivered various institutional buildings, Wildlife Structures, Commercial Projects and Residential buildings across West Africa (Ghana, Sierra Leone and Liberia).
I am glad to meet you all and would love to connect on both professional and personal levels with everyone.
