Hi All
It's feels great to be in a community of professionals who are so experienced, adept and enthusiastic about projects, and representing literally every industry on earth.
My specialisation is technology especially software and specifically data. For the last 20 years I have worked in or led projects in banking, general insurance and banking regulation, always with a data orientation. For example, ai have led the ingestion of new data into a data platform for regulatory purposes in banking, I have led the delivery of insurance price changes while also leading the implementation of new controls to avoid errors, and I have led the upgrade of a data ingestion and reporting system at Australia's financial regulator.
Currently I am preparing for the PMO-CP exam to give me a better rounded understanding of the drivers and value-add of PMOs.

Hi everyone,
It’s a pleasure to be part of this community. My name is Francis Tsibu-Darko. I am currently working as a Project Manager for Infrastructure projects with Humane Society International, Liberia.
Growing up, I had always seen my self in the construction industry and worked towards staying within it. Therefore, advancing my knowledge in the project management and being able to apply it in construction has been a fulfilling journey (one that is yet to end 😊).
It will be challenging to name my favorite tool as I am still exploring and that is where PMI comes in. I would love to apply various technologies particularly in the areas of scheduling, cost management and risk management and I’m actively seeking opportunities in these areas.
My proudest moments are always seeing visions (concept designs) materials as useful structures. I have successfully delivered various institutional buildings, Wildlife Structures, Commercial Projects and Residential buildings across West Africa (Ghana, Sierra Leone and Liberia).
I am glad to meet you all and would love to connect on both professional and personal levels with everyone.

Hello! My name is William Meller!
I am a passionate IT Project & Portfolio Manager experienced in coaching Agile teams. A passionate tech leader with an MBA in Business Management and certified in Strategy Execution by Harvard Business School.
I have been volunteering for a long time and had the chance to fulfil my passion of helping people through project management. But when I was a kid, I dreamed about being a soccer player actually following my Brazilian neighbours.
My favourite tools/techniques are definitely the agile ways of work and, maybe because I have been working with IT for around 15 years, I know how important it is to always consider people (not resources) before any tool or technique.
I am proud of being recognized by PMI Future50 Leader List for my leadership and ability to inspire people around the world, once I have been creating a lot of content online.
Welcome to the community of champion William Meller Saving Changes...
Edner JosephEtudiant en gestion de projet| UQAMMontreal, Canada
My name is Edner Joseph, and I am a Haitian originally from Haiti. I have spent about fifteen years working in international cooperation, primarily in development and humanitarian sectors, across Haiti and West Africa. Recently, I made the decision to leave Mali to pursue a master’s degree in project management at UQAM in Montreal, Canada.
Growing up, I always dreamed of becoming an agronomist, but nature steered me towards civil engineering. In 2010, I shifted my focus entirely to humanitarian and development coordination, where I have dedicated myself since.
Among project management tools and technologies, I have a particular appreciation for Risk Management and Assessment Tools and Collaboration and Communication Tools, as they are central to managing complex projects effectively. I am also keen to deepen my expertise in Agile Project Management Tools and change management tools, as these methodologies align well with today’s dynamic project environments.
What initially attracted me to project management was the multidisciplinary nature of the field. Managing projects in a challenging and unpredictable environment constantly keeps me engaged. Working in the humanitarian field, especially, has shown me the tangible impact of our work on beneficiaries’ lives, which drives me to go even further. Additionally, as the world changes, it motivates me to keep learning and evolving to stay aligned with global standards.
One of my proudest accomplishments is the growth I’ve achieved since 2010. I started out as an assistant project manager with minimal experience, and today I've progressed to project manager, program manager and Area Manager. This journey fills me with pride, particularly in seeing how my skills have contributed to improving beneficiaries' living conditions and strengthening the capacities of local actors.

I am Wilfred, and I am thrilled to be a new member of this vibrant PMI community. Currently, I serve as Technical Project Manager, where I manage Projects for FBC Crown Bank under FBC Holdings.

As a Project Manager with Standard Chartered Bank Zimbabwe (then), I found immense value in tools and technologies such as automation and data management. The ever-evolving tech landscape in project management keeps me engaged and motivated.
I was initially drawn to the project management world when an opportunity to handle Technology Projects arose within the organization to handle local projects.
