My name is Mohamed Hassan, and I am a Technology Director at one of the Big 4 consulting firms. In this role, I manage large-scale projects focused on business resiliency, disaster recovery, and digital transformation, working with diverse sectors to enhance operational resilience and technology-driven solutions.
I dreamt of becoming a pioneering technologist who could create solutions that make a real difference in people's lives. Over time, I realized that combining technology with strategic project management would allow me to achieve that goal on a larger scale.
I frequently use Microsoft Project, HP project management and Smartsheet for project planning and tracking, while Power is my go-to tool for data visualization and reporting. For collaboration and workflow management, Microsoft Teams and Jira are incredibly effective. I'm particularly interested in exploring AI-powered project management platforms like Planview and Wrike, as they are transforming how projects are executed and optimized.
I was drawn to project management by the opportunity to bridge the gap between strategy and execution. I enjoy translating complex objectives into actionable plans and leading cross-functional teams to achieve impactful results. What keeps me in the industry is the dynamic nature of projects, the continuous learning curve, and the satisfaction of delivering solutions that create tangible value for businesses and communities.
Professionally, my proudest accomplishment has been leading a highly complex Business resiliency project for a telecom provider. This initiative not only safeguarded critical operations during a crisis but also set a new benchmark for resilience planning in the region. On a personal level, earning the PgMP certification and actively contributing to communities like PMI Saudi Chapter has been incredibly fulfilling, as it allows me to share knowledge and mentor aspiring professionals.

Greetings, esteemed PMI members! I'm excited to introduce myself and join this brilliant community of project management professionals.
I am currently pursuing an MBA in Project Management at Dublin Business School, a journey that is significantly improving my strategic leadership skills and deepening my expertise in the field. This academic endeavour counterparts my professional experience at Infosys, where our team has achieved incredible success by integrating ITIL principles with agile methodologies.
I have a strong track record in managing project budgets, evolving CRM strategies to deliver superior customer satisfaction, embracing adaptability as a key to maintaining a competitive edge in the tech industry and successfully blending theoretical knowledge with practical bid.
A key aspect of my professional beliefs is my interest in volunteering. I believe in giving back to the community and am eager to contribute my skills and time to meaningful projects or initiatives within the PMI community. This commitment to volunteering not only aligns with my personal values but also offers opportunities for growth, networking, and making a positive impact in the field of project management.
I am always seeking opportunities to learn, grow, and collaborate with forward-thinking, both within the project management field and beyond. I look forward to connecting with this vibrant community, sharing insights, and exploring how we can together advance the practice of project management while making a difference through volunteer efforts :)

Hi Joshua, welcome to PMI's online community! And congratulations on earning your certification!
Hello Everyone, my name is Bryan and I'm a newer project manager looking to expand on my experience in healthcare/product management. Looking for a role as an associate/assistant project manager in the Sacramento Area or remotely.
Growing up, I wanted to be a professional baseball player and I chased that dream into college until the wheels fell off:)
I'm familiar with most Microsoft tools, but haven't used Microsoft Project so I'd to learn more about this. As most of you have more experience than me, I'd love to hear what your favorite tools are.
Managing product evaluations and implementations drew me to project management. I loved the process of managing the project and all of the moving pieces more than the sales process. I'd like to expand on this experience and possibly move into construction/utilities.
I've got a lot of baseball accomplishments I'm proud of, but as a project manager I managed three projects over three quarters that yielded significant increases in revenue for my company, reduced costs for the client and quota achievement for three quarters in a row.
