Hi, I am Monica Valdez. I'm currently a Regional Project Manager in Supply Chain Strategic Initiatives.
My favorite technologies to use with Project, Program, & Portfolio Management are Microsoft Project for Web, Power BI, Power Apps, SharePoint Lists, Power Automate, Loop, Teams, & Azure DevOps.
The PM Industry gives me the opportunity to leverage my skills in Servant Leadership, Stakeholder Management, Collaboration, & Coaching/Mentoring.
My proudest moments are when a mentee or employee succeeds at overcoming a hurdle or achieving their goal in part due to my support (mostly their hard work & determination).
