I'm a resourceful Technology Leader with 8 years of experience, most recently at A&W Canada, a 1,000-location QSR franchisor. I manage a team of 4 IT managers to execute diverse technology initiatives from implementing a CRM system (streamlining franchise management & royalty collection processes) to developing a mobile app (driving engagement through member rewards).

I started as a Software Engineer at Accenture (Bangalore, India) and later earned a Master of Management from UBC (Vancouver, Canada) to deepen my business acumen. I got PMP certified in 2022 and am skilled in system design, data analysis, stakeholder engagement and P&L management.

I bring over 15 years of experience as a logistics expert, specializing in supply chain analytics and transportation management. Currently, I am leading my consulting firm, MY2SA Consulting, which focuses on enhancing efficiency and innovation in logistics operations. I am also pursuing an Executive MBA at Solvay Business School in Brussels, further enriching my understanding of strategic operations and sustainability in business.

Beyond my professional life, I am passionate about data analytics, sustainable logistics, and continuous learning. On a personal note, I enjoy exploring martial arts (I hold a black belt in judo) and scuba diving, having achieved Level 1 certification for dives up to 30 meters.

Hello! My name is Lynette Goodley, and I am currently a student pursuing a Master’s degree in Project Management at Columbia Southern University. In addition to my studies, I serve as an instructor at Odessa College, where I have the privilege of sharing my knowledge and inspiring others to excel. My ultimate goal is to transition into a role where I can fully leverage my degree, applying the leadership, planning, and organizational skills I’ve honed to drive successful projects and contribute to organizational growth. As a child, I aspired to become a psychiatrist, driven by a desire to help others through understanding and problem-solving.
