Hello PMI Community!
I'm excited to join this vibrant group of professionals and look forward to learning, sharing, and growing together.
My name is MD FAHAD AL HASAN, and I currently serve as a Project Quality Assurance & Control Inspector at APAG CoSyst in Windsor, Ontario. I bring over 9 years of project management and engineering experience, having successfully delivered 17+ local and international EPC and supply projects.
Growing up, I aspired to become an engineer, captivated by the idea of building complex systems that power the world. Project management became the natural extension of that passion - where strategy, leadership, and execution converge.
I'm well-versed in Microsoft Project, Primavera, MS Planner, AutoCAD, and Excel-based estimations, with growing interest in exploring Agile frameworks and tools like JIRA and Trello to further enhance collaboration and flexibility. I’d also love to delve deeper into AI-powered project forecasting and risk management solutions!
The opportunity to drive change and deliver impactful solutions is what initially drew me in. What’s kept me here is the thrill of navigating complex challenges, leading high-performing teams, and seeing tangible results through structured execution. Being at the intersection of engineering, leadership, and strategy is a fulfilling space.
Professionally, leading 16 cross-functional teams across international turnkey projects funded by global institutions like the World Bank, ADB, and JICA is a proud milestone.
On a personal level, earning the PMP® certification while managing full-time roles and global projects was a rewarding challenge that sharpened both my discipline and resilience.
Looking forward to connecting with fellow PMs—whether you're in tech, construction, energy, or consulting. Let’s exchange insights, stories, and support!
Welcome MD FAHAD AL HASAN to the team. I'm looking forward to collaborating with you. Saving Changes...

Hi everyone, I'm Bavishyaa. I'm really excited to be a part of the PMI community. I work as an Executive at the State Bank of India’s Global Operations Centre, primarily focusing on project management and delivery.
I’ve spent more than 7 years in both corporate banking and IT, and that combination has really shaped how I manage projects today. It's been a journey of learning by doing—and now, with AI coming into the picture, I’m finding even more ways to grow.
Lately, I’ve been trying to understand how project delivery ties into actual business value. KPIs like ROI, cost variance are the motivators to pursue PMP. I’m still learning, and I’m really looking forward to exploring more through PMI’s resources and connecting with others here.
Hello Bavishyaa - and welcome to PMI's online community! Thanks for sharing your experience and many accomplishments. We look forward to seeing you around the community! Saving Changes...

My name is Ahmed Sayed, and I am a Senior Cybersecurity Consultant with a strong background in project management and risk mitigation.
As a child, I aspired to become a customs officer, driven by a passion for upholding regulations, preventing smuggling, and combating illegal practices to ensure security and compliance.
I highly value tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, and Trello for their efficiency in task tracking and collaboration. Additionally, I’m keen on deepening my expertise in Agile methodologies and cybersecurity-specific frameworks like NIST and ISO 27001 to enhance project outcomes in risk management.
My hands-on experience in previous roles exposed me to the critical need for structured project execution, which led me to pursue PMP certification. The dynamic challenges, continuous learning opportunities, and the ability to deliver impactful solutions have kept me deeply engaged in this field.
Earning my PMP certification stands as a key professional milestone, but applying its principles to successfully lead cybersecurity initiatives—strengthening organizational resilience—has been even more rewarding.

Paul IrizarryCredit Operations Manager| Centennial Bank
Hey everyone! 👋
My name’s Paul Irizarry, and I’m currently working in credit operations management within the banking industry. While I’m not in a formal project manager role yet, I’ve led several initiatives involving workflow improvements, reporting, and cross-team coordination within the banking industry and during my military service—which sparked my interest in making the leap into project management full-time.
I recently started working toward my CAPM® certification to build a solid foundation and expand my skills. I also hold a BBA in Finance, and I’m passionate about efficiency, leadership, and finding practical ways to improve how teams work.
I joined the PMI community to connect with others on a similar path, learn from those ahead of me, and hopefully contribute along the way. If you’ve transitioned into project management from a non-traditional background, I’d love to hear your story or connect.
Looking forward to growing with this community!
