Greetings Everyone, I'm Addis. My background is rooted in business administration, accounting, and supply chain management, and I bring over 15 years of experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder development and research projects across Ethiopia and internationally. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with esteemed institutions such as ILRI, Save the Children International, and Johns Hopkins University, focusing on project planning, grant management, donor compliance, and strategic portfolio alignment.

Currently, I serve as a Project Manager at the International Livestock Research Institute (ILRI), where I oversee a diverse portfolio of programs that contribute to sustainable development and One Health initiatives. Alongside this, I’m pursuing a master's degree in project management to deepen my expertise and further align with global best practices.
Interestingly, my transition into project management wasn’t entirely deliberate—what began as an analytical and administrative role evolved into a dynamic career that constantly challenges me. I thrive in fast-paced, multidimensional environments, and I find deep satisfaction in building collaborative relationships and turning complex tasks into clear, achievable actions.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about continuous learning and professional development. I enjoy exploring health topics, analyzing strategic frameworks, and refining communication styles to foster impactful interactions. I also appreciate good conversation and fresh ideas.

My name is Joké Ekundayo, and I am from Nigeria. I work in the humanitarian and development sector, with over 10 years of experience in program management. I have always aspired to make a difference in the world and contribute to positive change. My passion for managing multiple tasks and achieving desired results has been my primary motivation. I fell in love with managing programs because it allows me to combine my passion with my drive to make a difference.

Hi everyone. I am Sunbeam, and I am glad to be here.

I am a GIS professional with over 12 years of experience. I recently completed my second master’s degree - an MGIS from the University of Calgary. Currently, I’m working on a research project focused on the cryosphere, climate change, and Chinook wind.

Leading a research project has always been a personal goal, and I feel like I’m finally on that path. I’m also preparing for the CAPM exam, which I hope will pave the way toward PMP certification and other similar credentials.

Over the past decade, I’ve worked closely with farmers in Bangladesh—listening to their stories while sitting with them in their fields, and learning how climate change has affected their lives. I’ve had the privilege of reflecting on their experiences through my work on various development projects and research initiatives. This remains my proudest accomplishment.
