Hi everyone! I'm Hernan, a Transformational IT Service Delivery Manager and narrative architect, passionate about driving operational excellence across multicultural environments.

As a kid, I dreamed of becoming a journalist—storytelling was always in my DNA. Today, I channel that same energy into crafting strategic narratives for service delivery, executive branding, and cross-cultural communication.

I’m a fan of tools like Power BI, Ansible, and SAP for their ability to turn complexity into clarity. I'm also exploring Lean Six Sigma methodologies to deepen my impact on process optimization.

What drew me to project management was the challenge of orchestrating global transitions and making chaos feel like choreography. What’s kept me here is the joy of building resilient teams, celebrating others’ growth, and seeing ideas come to life.

My proudest accomplishment? Leading service delivery transformations for major clients across Latin America, the US, and Europe—while staying true to my values of empathy, excellence, and connection.

I’m Diana, Experiential Marketing Manager. I sit in that messy but fun intersection between events and marketing, basically making sure things aren’t just events but stick in people’s heads as actual experiences.

Growing up what I wanted to be was always different: Indiana Jones, a chef, or someone who hands out really cool gifts. Turns out this job is a mix of all three (minus the whip). I enjoy working with Monday.com, Miro, and color-coded spreadsheets that trick me into thinking life is under control. I’m also playing around with AI tools.
Sports dragged me into this project management world. I started out launching two entertainment areas for ice hockey and concerts, then IOC picked me up for the Youth Olympic Games, then IIHF for hospitality. What drew me? Pure chaos. What’s kept me? That moment when chaos magically looks “effortless” to everyone else.

My proudest accomplishment was getting athletes, sponsors, and protocol people to all leave the same room equally happy.

My name is Michael Brinn, and I’m currently a Learning Product Manager at the Project Management Institute (PMI), where I lead the design and development of new AI-driven learning experiences.

Growing up, I wanted to be a lifeguard and I was! After I became a lifeguard, I wanted to work in art museums or as an artist. I loved the stories behind art and I loved telling those stories.

I’m really interested in learning more about AI-enabled project management platforms, especially ones that can help automate workflows and surface insights to support better decision-making. Right now, I use Monday.com, Miro, and different LLMS to help me with project management

I'm a learning designer and educator and I love the work of making sense of complex ideas. I found that in project management work. What’s kept me in the profession is the people side: working with diverse teams, building relationships, and helping projects succeed through collaboration and clarity.

Professionally, I’m so proud of the different subject matter experts and learning teams I've worked with. I always get so much out of that work and I love to see their pride in the products that we create together.

Personally, my proudest accomplishment is raising two curious, kind, and courageous daughters who inspire me to keep learning every day.

I’m SHIEKH, based in Edmonton, Alberta, and currently working as a Project Manager with over a decade of experience leading diverse projects across industries. I’ve been a proud PMI member since 2014, and I’m thrilled to finally share that I’ve recently earned my PMP® certification—a milestone that’s been years in the making.

When I was growing up, I dreamed of becoming an engineer—someone who could build, solve, and lead. That passion naturally evolved into project management, where I found the perfect blend of structure, strategy, and people leadership.

My favorite tools include MS Project, JIRA, and Power BI, and I’m currently diving deeper into Agile frameworks and AI-driven PM tools to stay ahead of the curve.

What drew me to project management? The thrill of turning ideas into reality. What’s kept me here is the satisfaction of seeing teams succeed, clients smile, and goals achieved—especially under pressure.

My proudest accomplishment? Earning my PMP after years of balancing work, life, and learning. It’s more than a credential—it’s a symbol of persistence, growth, and belief in long-term goals.
