Kevin Miazek VP, Project Management| Credit Union ONE Shelby Township, MI, United States

Hello Everyone,
It's been a while since I have been part of the community. I have been in the financial services industry for 30 years at a credit union; consecutively 28 years with one CU. I am currently a project manager but also oversee the PMO with one other PM. I have been in various departments within the credit union. I have a passion for learning and always wanting to know how something works.; I get the best of both worlds being a PM with this.

I have been a PMP since 2013 but know there is much more to learn and understand. I am coming back to the community because I have been reading more insights on projects and gaining more understanding and learning from others. I am currently working on organizational agility at our credit union, which has been fun!

I just recently became a certified change practioner and have been able to leverage that with project to be more focused on people and not just the project. It is also helped others I work with reflect as well.

I look forward to learning and listen to others and gaining new insights to all things project management.

I particularly enjoy working with data analytics and AI tools to guide decision-making and ensure efficient workflows.

What drew me to project management is its unique blend of strategy, collaboration, and impact ; turning ideas into tangible results is what truly motivates me.

David Tucker Project and Program manager| Westbourne IT Foynes, Co Limerick, Ireland
Hello everyone, I'm David, working as a project and program manager since 2008, when my then manager at Dell suggested I would make a good project manager. I quickly did a PMP prep. and got my PMP on 2nd try, it proved a habit as I got my PgMP on 2nd try also (2022). I had done my Master in Project & Program management at university of Limerick in 2013 and enjoyed that. Always on the look out for some PDU opportunities that are fun :-).
I have worked in Dell, Pepsi and now the pharma industry in Ireland & California in various project roles. In the program role often people management comes along with it, I do enjoy that part of the job, it means developing a lot of skills that often don't exercised as a project manager.
I do enjoy running, swimming and occasional visit to Thomand Park rugby ground.

Teo Stylianidis Project Managemer| Vit SA Thessaloniki Greece, Greece

Hi everyone!

My name is Teo Stylianidis, and I’m currently working as a Project Manager and Mechanical Design Engineer specializing in robotic and automation systems — mainly in packaging lines, palletising cells, and industrial automation projects across Europe.

When I was growing up, I wanted to be an engineer who builds machines that make life easier — and, in a way, that’s exactly what I ended up doing!

My favorite project management tools are MS Project, Miro, and ClickUp, and I’ve recently started deepening my knowledge in PMBOK 7th Edition and Agile hybrid approaches as part of my PMP certification journey.

What drew me to project management was the balance between technical problem-solving and human collaboration — coordinating teams, aligning stakeholders, and turning complex ideas into working systems. What keeps me in it is the constant learning and the satisfaction of delivering something tangible that improves real processes.

My proudest accomplishment so far has been leading the full design and implementation of a robotic palletising system from concept to commissioning, integrating mechanical, automation, and production teams successfully.

Looking forward to learning from this community, sharing experiences, and connecting with professionals who are as passionate about continuous improvement as I am!

Teo
