Is there any PMI Certification that is aligned with Software Development or Website Development?

No - PMI has just started to get into domain-specific credentials with the Construction Professional in Built Environment Projects credential so they might eventually launch one or more IT-based certs.

I agree with Kiron’s feedback. You can pursue a Scrum certificate from scrum.org as a starter, one of their credentials is Professional Scrum Developer which is IT related.

Personally, I think the knowledge gained from PMI-ACP is quite useful for software development.
