If you are running New Relic and Jira, I've read that you can integrate Jira with the New Relic errors inbox to automate the creation of tickets. (my team uses New Relic, but not Jira, so I can't tell you more than that there are articles about it on both Atlassian and New Relic sites) Saving Changes...
