I have a small team of analyst/tester/consultants, each of whom manage a functional area within our ERP. We outsource our IT to a vendors who handled development and initial testing. We conduct UAT.

Would ISTQB certifications be worthwhile in such an environment?

It depends If you want to invest in your own staff so they can do testing instead of outsourcing it in the future then it might be worth it. You have to do a cost-benefit analysis.
