Both your target fields are wide in themselves.
You probably have done a stock take of your competencies, marketing (understanding/managing stakeholders) and project management are skills you can use everywhere. And maybe you also could look into skills that are useful in the future, like AI, global teaming/cultures, and supply chains.
For healthcare, I recommend talking to Deepa Bhide, she published several articles about HC and PM, also on this platform.
For education, if you look at training specifically, many here indeed are active and past trainers.
