I highly recommend scrum.org - The PSM credential is a good start!

Through PMI you can get certified as a Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM) however that is focused more on different Ways of Working (WoW) for different contexts such as when you would use Scrum, not how.

I found it quite good for picking different delivery models but if you want Scrum specific content, then I would look for material and certification focused on that framework alone such as through the link Rami suggests.

And if you are specifically looking at the CSM (which doesn't have any experiential requirements and hence doesn't really prove you can actually apply what you've learned of the Scrum framework or agile thinking in general), then visit scrumalliance.org

As the above posts suggest, pmi.org, scrum.org, and scrumalliance.org offer foundation-level scrum master certifications and then, if you want to level up, advanced and master-level certifications are there.
