Beginning 24 October 2023 PDU processing has been delayed. We understand that typically PDUs are processed within 48-72 hours, however, we're still within the 7-10 business day processing window.
We ask, unless it is absolutely necessary, please do not manually submit your PDUs, as this will only cause further delays within the PDU queue.
Our apologies for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience! We will update when the issue has been resolved. Thank you!
UPDATE: 30 October - We are back up and running! We currently have a large queue but we hope to have every thing processed by the end of the week. Thanks again for your patience!
UPDATE: 02 November - Backlog has been processed, we're back to normal operations. Saving Changes...

Thank you for the information. Are you able to tell if everything has been processed as of now? I ask because it appears I am still missing 2-3 reports. The last positive report I have an email for is from August.
