PDU processing delays - 26 October 2023 - RESOLVED

Beginning 24 October 2023 PDU processing has been delayed. We understand that typically PDUs are processed within 48-72 hours, however, we're still within the 7-10 business day processing window.

We ask, unless it is absolutely necessary, please do not manually submit your PDUs, as this will only cause further delays within the PDU queue.

Our apologies for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience! We will update when the issue has been resolved. Thank you!

UPDATE: 30 October - We are back up and running! We currently have a large queue but we hope to have every thing processed by the end of the week. Thanks again for your patience!

UPDATE: 02 November - Backlog has been processed, we're back to normal operations.

Has this changed in late 2024? Normally when things slow down with work, so there is time to view these videos. The notification of reporting varies so much. Sometimes it is reported the same day, sometimes almost immediately after completing a webinar or video.

Hi Chris Partridge ! The process is still the same. We send several batches every business day, so you may be completing the videos at just the right time!

As it stands it has been at least one business day and I have watched three of the On-Demand offerings and only one even shows that I have viewed it. Also because of the way the PMI.org site was redone, it wasn't as easy to see the ProjectManagement.com links to obtain access, so I was doubting if the On-Demands still counted toward PDUs.
