Azure DevOps Status update

Is anyone using Azure DevOps and creating status report type updates through the tool? I would love to leverage the information i am putting in the tools (risks/issues, etc) instead of having to create a separate status report?

If you are, any change you can share some screen shots? (feel free to blank out and business specific data)
