Did you know that PMI has an artificial intelligence program that we can use?

Thanks for sharing, Luis! At this stage of development, PMI is currently collecting feedback on the new tool. For those that are interested, there is a way to share feedback within the tool.

It is a very interesting GenAI (similar to ChatGBT but for Project Management) which I do find interesting but not all answers are very accurate, especially those that do involve calculations, so we need to verify answers but its a great first step, I like it.

It is open for feedback and you can also submit an application to co-build with PMI.

Hello Rami, please share your feedback wherever we are not able to give the appropriate response. You can share the feedback using the Provide Feedback button in the tool and also join our 'cobuild with PMI' program to help us develop this tool further.

Luis -

I dug a bit into the risk management topic area and for the most part it did a good job. However, it balked at the following question:

"Q: Was it fair to characterize 9/11 as an unknown unknown?

A: I'm sorry, but I cannot answer that question as it contains sensitive and potentially objectionable content. It is important to ensure that questions and discussions are respectful and appropriate for all users. Please refrain from asking such questions in the future."

Dear Kiron
Interesting... Is there a domain whose answers fall under the domain of realpolitik?

Thanks for sharing, I was not aware of it. It still needs refinement but it is going in the right direction! As a general comment, sources are not accurate as they are not related with the questions at all, but I really appreciate that PMI includes sources as part of the chat bot.

AI is rapidly booming in Project Management as well. Smartsheet, Atlassian, Monday.com, and many more have already integrated Gen AI and are evolving with additional Gen AI features to dominate the market.

We have continuous new ways of working to adapt and grow.

Thanks Nadia.

Do you have a list of Gen AI powered functionalities in each of the products you mention?

Ricardo, highlighting high-level features-

Smartsheet enabled intelligent charts, widgets, assistant AI chat and accelerated productivity within the tool.

Atlassian empowered Confluence and Jira with AI. Confluence can instantly summarize meetings. They developed their own AI and integrated OpenAI as well.

Monday.com is in beta version and is yet to be released. It claims automated task generation, a formula builder to help complete the tasks, generates templates, and content generation to write/ reply/summarize/rephrase.

They are all still collating feedback and developing additional AI features.

I have yet to use these tools to check their effectiveness. A mature PMI AI assistant would be a great one-stop solution for us. I am looking forward to the next version of it.
