Hi Wahid, thanks for your post! I have reached out to my colleague in PMI's Standards department to assist with your question. To help us best address your question, could you please provide some additional information on what is meant by "PMO3"? Thank you!

Wahid -

Are you perhaps referring to OPM3? If so, that framework & certification process was withdrawn by PMI a couple of years ago.

At present there is the Standard for Organizational Project Management (https://www.pmi.org/pmbok-guide-standards/...ect-management) but as it was released in 2018 and the Seventh Edition of the PMBOK Guide was published in 2021 I don't believe there'd be any references to Seventh Edition content within it and unfortunately it is only available in English.

Hi Wahid, here is some additional information from PMI's Standards team - OPM3 was discontinued in 2019, and PMI no longer supports it as an active product. If you are seeking guidance in this subject area, please refer to The Standard for Organizational Project Management as Kiron mentions above.

Thank you Ms. Laura and Mr. Kiron for your answers. The document you cite is very useful but what I am looking for is above all a checklist which allows me to make a diagnosis in accordance with PMBOK7. I understand that such a document is not currently available. Thanks anyway.
