There are lot of addins for MS Project or Azure DevOps. Some of them for free. You can find them in the Microsoft Store.

Unfortunately, very limited resources to be used for MacOS users. usually, I am using ChatGBT but the plugins are paid not free.

There are software can do this. I do not see any need to use AI for scheduling unless you have a very specific requirements.
