What it is:
Project Infinity is a sophisticated large language model residing on a dedicated OpenAI instance and utilizing the advanced GPT architecture.

Currently in its pilot phase, this tool has been designed to deliver accurate and trustworthy solutions to users' project management related inquiries and to suggest solutions for project-related challenges. The tool offers a conversational interface, curating relevant information from PMI’s vast content library.

First of all I was able to ask him in Spanish. I asked him questions about what value is and the chat answered me based on Lean management. I answered that the PMBOK v7.0 talks about customer, business, social and environmental value. There the chat gave me an explanation of these 4 values. I asked him in which documents the value should be specified. He detailed the project management plan, stakeholder management plan, risk management plan, and quality management plan. I asked him what he thought about including them in business documents such as the business case, benefits management plan and project charter. And the chat detailed what to include in these 3 documents. It is a good tool, we will continue testing
