From my side, I had a few achievements this year. My best achievements were:
- Proffesional: I earned my PMI-CP credential.
- Personal: I went back to working out regularly, adopted a healthy lifestyle and got in shape again. Saving Changes...
Thanks for bringing this up Rami!! We all not only deserve but to owe it to acknowledge our successes. The reflection actually yielded a lot. It was a tough year professionally, but very positive and productive.
I was recruited to a new job last October. While walking into the building on my first work day of 2023 I was told from a coworker that I had a new job...at a different location...We had a meeting to attend in an hour regarding our new SOW.
It was a 6 month gig at a different location to insert a new team of engineers and technical PMs into a production environment to fix high impact recurring problems we know nothing about. BTW I'm now the team lead. It was a tough transition and I moved from an office to factory environment and culture.
Our team accomplished significant gains by listening and asking smart questions and challenging existing assumptions. I think the best summary of the credibility we gained this year, is that my team of ad hoc problem solvers were empowered to write and execute our own work statement for 2024
(On the personal side, we are also dealing with the social integration of 2 new kittens and one large very rambunctious puppy all fighting for attention.)

Keith, this is amazing and very motivating. Thank you so much for sharing. I actually find it inspiring that you successfully navigated through all those hurdles and changes.
Kittens and a Puppy is always a recipe for fighting but as time passes, they will get along hopefully.
