Laura, in our organization, due to the nature of what we do, we didn't leverage AI a lot yet. Even on our construction projects, except for using BIM, we didn't leverage AI a lot. I personally believe that the adoption of AI in the construction industry will be a bit slower than other industries!

Ranjith, I believe spreading more awareness supported by real life case studies showing how the Construction Industry can leverage AI to enhance quality, efficiency, safety and value delivery would be very helpful.
We are just beginning to look into adopting AI; we've established a Generative AI Community of Practice to begin piloting and exposing early adopters to various AI capabilities that we have scoped to begin leveraging in the near future. The group is coming up with use cases and other examples that could be turned into practical application later.

The same here.
We are an IT Business Consulting Company. I am responsible for the Project- and program Management Services and am currently working on ways to leverage AI for our processes and services. Since we are a Consulting Company, a new challenge for us in the future will be the proposition to our customers compared to AI. Consulting business/knowledge workers will be heavily affected by the near future developments, that is for sure. BR, Markus Nov 16, 2023 6:26 PM

Very interesting. If you are okay with sharing the ideas with us at PMI, it'll be helpful to see the use cases the industry is looking to tackle, and we could look at a potential offering in the space. Let me know.
