PMI started with their own ChatGBT version for Project Management which was a great starting point. I can't think of other ideas of the top of my head other than Data Analytics that could help with future estimates, scheduling, risk management and so on.

Ranjith,

I am using this and similar tools daily for different purposes.
At least it seems better than plain googling.

On top of this, several AI tools serve a lot of purposes. A good starter in this area is PMI's free course about AI:
https://www.pmi.org/shop/us/p-/elearning/g...-managers/el083

Or read HBR and LinkedIn articles by Ricardo Vargas and Antonio Nieto-Rodriguez (both former PMI Board Chairs).

When email was introduced to the world, it was soon used for unforeseen purposes, same happens with AI or any versatile tool.

I guess only the GPT versions are in context here.
I find it best suited to manage the customer interactions, ease-out training(more organic educating) etc.

If Ai is in question, there are quite a lot of scopes.

Hi Ranjit,

You can create everything, right?

From a general PM GPT on one hand til a seperat GPT for any of the PM Processes on the other hand.

The first one is similar to the already initiated Project Infinity.

However, any GPT and the quality of its outputs depends on how it is created/configured and which data is behind it (max. 10 Files to be attached at the moment).

And there is a chance for a differentiation for PMI. Building a GPT (for any purpose) takes less than 10 minutes.
But I wonder if they can create a good one willing to put in.

Just my 2 Cents ...

You might want to take a look at PMI's AI Assistant called Project Infinity.
