In case your local PMI chapter does not offer such a service, I'd suggest posting a request here in the Community Central discussion group. A number of us are acting as mentors for PMs and have found mentees through this community.

Have you already checked with your local PMI chapter to see if they have an active mentoring program as there are benefits in having an in-person mentoring relationship given the mentor's greater knowledge of the local situation compared to someone who is in a completely different region?

Rami and Kiron are right; primarily, local Chapters do offer such a service. The German Chapter conducts several cohorts every year.
So, that should be your first step in research.
