Interesting insights. We are using some GenAI features to help us execute routine tasks. We don’t yet have a formal checklist or protocol. However, we have identified certain tasks that are difficult for AI to perform. For example, we have seen the limitations of AI in manipulating CSV or Excel files. Therefore, we have clarified what needs to be done by AI and what should not. Based on this, we have developed detailed standard operating procedures. Whenever there are new releases, we test and adjust our SOPs accordingly.

Request/Response is the best approach so far, since we want to keep the human factor in control, so one thing at a time instead of creating pipelines and streams that can be more beneficial for programmers and other practitioners.
As a PM, a partnership and second opinion is a good approach until you get confident that the mastery in your Art and the speed you gained through AI/LLM is to keep you at pace and save from errors, omissions and make it consistent, SMART. Regards. Saving Changes...
