Hi Claudia,
Interesting insights. We are still in the process of understanding GenAI before talking of integration into our operations, but there are definitely some great applications especially in data collection, interpretation, and reporting for logistics operations in order to make data driven decision making possible

Hi Claudia,
We are using LLMs such as ChatGPT to summarize lengthy documentation, provide summarized updates on news affecting our business and to help tailor content for context.

We are using some GenAI features to help us execute routine tasks. We don’t yet have a formal checklist or protocol. However, we have identified certain tasks that are difficult for AI to perform. For example, we have seen the limitations of AI in manipulating CSV or Excel files. Therefore, we have clarified what needs to be done by AI and what should not. Based on this, we have developed detailed standard operating procedures. Whenever there are new releases, we test and adjust our SOPs accordingly.

While we have not created checklists to define our use of AI, we currently use AI to help predict and manage risks, as well as for managing logistics. We are also now starting to explore the use of AI in documentation.

Hello Claudia and all,
I know I am late on this discussion due to taking viewing the AI courses in September 2025. But we do not have a checklist for integrating GenAI just yet. We are working on an overall strategy and have added AI content into our courses.

We haven't integrated GenAI into our portfolio management workflows yet, but I can see how we should be moving to that.

Request/Response is the best approach so far, since we want to keep the human factor in control, so one thing at a time instead of creating pipelines and streams that can be more beneficial for programmers and other practitioners.
As a PM, a partnership and second opinion is a good approach until you get confident that the mastery in your Art and the speed you gained through AI/LLM is to keep you at pace and save from errors, omissions and make it consistent, SMART. Regards.
