Thank you, Markus, are you implementing any of these items when integrating AI into your clients?
We follow Microsoft’s Responsible AI Standard for GenAI, which includes requirements for integrating LLMs like Azure OpenAI into projects. This covers risk assessment, deployment safety reviews, and compliance registration in OneRAI.
Our internal Generative AI Tools Guidelines provide a compliance checklist for approved tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Azure OpenAI) and outline restrictions on external services for sensitive work.

Truthfully, I'm just starting with AI of any kind. But I am getting lots of ideas as to how it can be used. I do nee to remember to scrub/sanitize data, though. Gotta respect the PII.

Hi Claudia,
Thank you for your discussion post, however I have not implemented any protocols or checklist as yet as I haven't been contracted as yet for a project. Nevertheless, this module gave me an appreciation for the database that I am using and thinking about ways to utilize GenAI.

Personally, I use GenAI for researching documentary resources and information related to my tasks in the construction project management sector.

We have taken a very pragmatic approach to our journey with Gen AI aware that our non profit organisation has extensive digital technology debt.
The below is our checklist:
1. Create AI policy and procedure for engagement with AI models.
2. Establish more rebust Data Governance with creation of a policy and engagement with the organisation to implement data classification and associated security.
3. Identification of explicit use cases and piloting of same.
4. Frequent reviews and updates of all of the above due to the rapidly changing environment.
5. Encouraging upskilling for Technology teams and senior management.

Keeping it simple at the moment.
