Zohaib Qadir and Markus Kopko have offered lists which seem to reflect all that I myself would have outlined. As a serial solutionizer applying aviation, governance, legal and project management principles, I'd only remark that Research and Consultation should be specified and actioned early on in the AI integration processes.

Thank you for your question, Claudia. I think our firm is in its initial steps with AI. My concern is how many organizations are looking at potential risks and mitigation as well as providing the training that workers will need to keep on top of AI integration.

Claudia, this is a great question. However, given the nature of what we do as consultants, we haven't yet started preparing for this but would be very interested to see what other professionals and organizations are doing!
Hey Rami,
I am with you on this and would be interested in seeing what others are doing.

As a government organization, we're taking a very cautious approach to GenAI. We have a policy in place and further research is needed. Classes like this one are educating staff to the capabilities and limitations of GenAI.

This is a very interesting new process for project management. However, the human interaction with AI is critical to its success

Unfortunately not yet adopted processes to GenAI workflows. Transformation process is under construction. I think the most important checklist items are;
Select AI solution best for the organization according to security, cost, reliability requirements
Select AI models that align with project goals

Hello everyone!

I just started to dive into the vast universe of AI. I wonder if there is a group or repository where people can share prompts and other AI practical ideas to solve specific problems. Thank you!

Hello Claudia,

In our organization which focuses on Ecommerce and Sales Force Automation with a pool of giant clients, Gen AI would be highly beneficial. But we have not intiated aby process yet to implement Gen AI. We are exploring more about the possibilities and how Gen AI can be successfully implemented.

I would actually being the process in a much simpler manner, by asking: does the organization have a data governance group? Because that would be your starting point for determining where there are data owners, data stewards and data catalogue(s).
