As a government organization, we're taking a very cautious approach to GenAI. We have a policy in place and further research is needed. Classes like this one are educating staff to the capabilities and limitations of GenAI. Saving Changes...
Unfortunately not yet adopted processes to GenAI workflows. Transformation process is under construction. I think the most important checklist items are;
Select AI solution best for the organization according to security, cost, reliability requirements

I would actually being the process in a much simpler manner, by asking: does the organization have a data governance group? Because that would be your starting point for determining where there are data owners, data stewards and data catalogue(s). Saving Changes...
