Respondiendo a la pregunta de referencia: en mi experiencia liderando proyectos en diversos sectores industriales tradicionales como mineria, gas & oil o energia comprendimos la importancia de estar a la vanguardia y adoptar estas nuevas tecnologías y enfoques que puedan mejorar nuestra eficiencia, productividad y entrega de valor. La GenAI está emergiendo como una herramienta transformadora, por lo que hemos estado trabajando activamente en evaluar cómo podemos aprovechar su potencial.
Hasta el momento, hemos implementado estrategias y herramientas para prepararnos de la siguiente manera:
Capacitación y concientización: Hemos realizado sesiones de capacitación y talleres internos para que todo el equipo comprenda los fundamentos, capacidades y limitaciones de la GenAI. Esto nos ayuda a desmitificar la tecnología y fomentar una mentalidad abierta hacia su adopción.
Evaluación de casos de uso: Hemos identificado áreas clave dentro de nuestros proyectos y procesos donde la GenAI podría agregar valor, como la generación de documentación, el análisis de datos, la ideación y la asistencia en codificación. Evaluamos cuidadosamente cada caso de uso potencial.
Pruebas piloto controladas: Para los casos de uso más prometedores, hemos realizado pruebas piloto controladas con diferentes herramientas y modelos de GenAI. Esto nos permite evaluar su rendimiento, precisión y facilidad de integración en nuestros flujos de trabajo existentes.
Políticas y protocolos: Estamos desarrollando políticas y protocolos para el uso responsable y ético de la GenAI, abordando aspectos como la privacidad de datos, los servicios, la propiedad intelectual y la supervisión humana.
Colaboración con expertos: Hemos establecido alianzas y colaboraciones con expertos en GenAI, tanto académicos como de la industria, para mantenernos actualizados sobre los últimos avances y mejores prácticas.
Monitoreo continuo: Mantenemos un monitoreo constante de los desarrollos en el campo de la GenAI, participando en conferencias, siguiendo investigaciones relevantes y evaluando nuevas herramientas y modelos a medida que están disponibles.
Si bien aún estamos en las primeras etapas de adopción de la GenAI, creemos que este enfoque metódico y cauteloso nos permitirá integrarla de manera efectiva en nuestras operaciones, aprovechando sus beneficios mientras gestionamos adecuadamente los riesgos y desafíos asociados.

It's impressive how some collaborators are implementing AI on their projects. However, in my current enterprise, we have not yet implemented AI and therefore do not have a protocol for doing so.
I am going to implement new tools and protocols to achieve better outcomes. So in the future I coul attach the progress and some observations Saving Changes...
Here are the specific checklists that I have adopted:
1. Stakeholder engagement: Involve relevant stakeholders, such as domain experts, legal and compliance teams, and end-users, in the planning and decision-making processes related to Generative AI integration.
2. Training and education: Provide adequate training and education for employees and stakeholders on the responsible and effective use of Generative AI technologies, as well as the potential risks and limitations.
3. Collaboration and knowledge sharing: Engage with industry groups, academic institutions, and other organizations to share best practices, learn from collective experiences, and contribute to the development of standards and guidelines for Generative AI. Saving Changes...

Hi Claudia, thank you. As a mater of fact, I did a post last week on my LinkedIn as to how we can utilize AI in the construction industry because AI can add lots of value if properly utilized on Construction Projects. Some of those benefits include:
1) Predictive Analytics: Using AI algorithms to forecast timelines, material requirements, and potential risks, optimizing planning and scheduling.
2) Computer Vision and Drones: AI-powered drones equipped with cameras to monitor construction sites, track progress, and identify safety hazards.
3) Generative Design: Create and optimize designs based on project requirements, site conditions, and material constraints, enhancing efficiency and reducing waste.
4) Quality Control: AI-powered systems to inspect materials, identify defects, and ensure compliance with building codes and standards.
5) Autonomous Equipment: Integrating AI into construction machinery for autonomous operation, improving efficiency and safety on site.
6) Supply Chain Management: Using AI to optimize supply chain logistics, predicting material needs, and streamlining procurement processes.
7) Smart Project Management: Leveraging AI-driven platforms for better project management, collaboration, and decision-making driven by data insights.

Generative AI is still an emerging trend in some societies and professions. It would be extremely useful to incorporate checklists and protocols within projects, but one may face certain resistance especially when colleagues are still grasping with other traditional tools. One I find very interesting and would want to adopt right away is AI for taking meeting notes. This will be most effective and efficient for meetings and itemizing action points for team members.
