We are talking about AI, so I asked Gemini this question. This is what Gemini replied:

Hey there! As a consultant specializing in project management, I see a lot of buzz around AI these days. It's a powerful tool, but integrating it smoothly takes some planning. Here are some checklists and tricks I've found helpful for my clients:
Before You Dive In:
What's the Problem You're Trying to Solve?
Is it repetitive tasks bogging you down? Scheduling nightmares? AI can help with data analysis and optimization, but don't try to fix everything at once. Identify a specific pain point and find an AI tool that tackles it.
Shop Around, Don't Just Settle:
There are tons of AI project management tools out there, so do your research. Look for features that fit your needs and budget. Can it handle your kind of data? Is it easy to integrate with your existing systems?
Clean Up Your Data Act:
AI is only as good as the information it feeds on. Make sure your project data is accurate, organized, and consistent. If your data is messy, the AI might give you messy results!
Making AI Your Teammate:
Start Small, Scale Up Later:
Don't try to automate everything right away. Begin with a pilot project to test the AI tool and see how it works with your team. This helps you iron out any wrinkles before going all-in.
Security First:
Data security is paramount. Make sure the AI tool you choose has strong security measures and complies with data privacy regulations. Your project info is sensitive, so keep it safe!
Change Doesn't Happen Overnight:
Be prepared to help your team adjust. Talk openly about AI's role in the project and its limitations. Offer training and support so everyone feels comfortable working with this new tool.
Keeping the AI Advantage:
Track What Matters:
Monitor how AI is impacting your project. Is it saving time? Improving accuracy? Having metrics helps you see if AI is delivering the promised benefits.
Humans Are Still in Charge:
AI is an amazing assistant, but it shouldn't make all the calls. Maintain human oversight of AI-generated recommendations. The final decisions are always yours!
Learning is Key:
The world of AI is constantly evolving. Stay updated and refine your AI integration strategy as you learn more and your project progresses.
Remember, AI is a powerful tool, but it's not magic. By focusing on specific needs, choosing the right tools, and keeping your team on board, you can successfully integrate AI and unlock its potential to make your projects run smoother and smarter.

We use third-party LLMs, so we have developed simple tools to anonymize the data in documents before uploading. These tools also replace specific data, such as company names, personal names, and project identifiers in prompts. This ensures that any context used by the model for further training complies with rules and protects sensitive data. Saving Changes...

Hey Claudia,
As a PM, I use specific checklists for our PC\POS and Pinter installs, install and imaging process guides, custom site surveys, lessons learned, waste removal issues, and risk management while overseeing projects. AI will greatly simplify this process and reduce the amount of time needed to generate templates and prefilled in reports. The data provided by AI will allow all the members of the PM Team to get up to speed and forecast or predict scenarios that may develop as the project evolves. This post is being made within a training module and may not get replied to by me.
Claudia, thank you for your question and interest! We have not yest started using this innovative and cutting edge technology, but I personally have a burning desire to learn as much as possible in order to enable the change in the organizations! I would like to be the initiator of the change!
